In January, every year, Asqalan management hosts the "Employee achievement awards ceremony," which happens after the assessment of each employee yearly key performance indicator "KPI's," following after the award of the outstanding employee in each profession.
The staff of all levels in the organization, labors to the senior management whoever contributed to the highest performance in his/her profession within the previous year, gets a bonus and an outstanding employee achievement certificate.
This ceremony acknowledges outstanding staff and shows appreciation for their performance. It also sets an example and encouragement for the other team members to increase their performance and achievements in their profession, as no hard work will go without recognition and appreciation from Asqalan Management.
